The Profile is an all-purpose assessment that measures the qualities that make up "The Total Person" - Thinking-style and Reasoning. Occupational Interests, and Behavioral Traits. It is convenient and easy to use, requiring only 60 minutes to take over the Internet, on a PC, or with a booklet and pencil—no administrator or proctoring is required.

The Profile is used for placement, promotion, self-improvement, coaching, succession planning, and job description development. While no standardized assessments can be customized, the Profile is more versatile.
