Effective March 7, 2005, Capital Consulting, LLC is proud to announce the opening of a Regional Office in Southern W. Va. With this expansion it will support our marketing desire to include additional markets of Cleveland, Ohio, Columbus, Ohio and Charleston, W. VA. The address for the new office will be P.O. This has a very positive impact on our company and we will continue to focus on Michigan as the core of our business as we continue our full service office located in Chris Holman's building with the Greater Lansing Business Journal which is located at 614 Seymour Ave., Lansing, Michigan. Earlier this year, Capital Consulting, LLC was formed to provide management support for businesses in a number of different areas. Rolland D. Fields, President, will work as the principal consultant, while co-coordinating and sharing projects with a network of management consultants, nationally. Capital Consulting, LLC will focus on small to medium size companies of all types to assure profitability and provide the communication and training tools necessary for employee development at all levels. With a professional, yet practical, approach to problem resolution, Capital Consulting, LLC is the place to turn for advice and personal support. It will be the company's long-term objective to add additional staff while opening offices to franchisees over selective geographical areas.

It is the purpose of Capital Consulting, LLC to provide business support to increase or sustain profits. We will focus on small to medium size companies to identify with the culture and expectations. We will work to understand issues, problems or concerns and then apply proven strategies and experiences to enhance the written objective(s). This will be done by analyzing historic, current and future trends of the organization and industry. The application of the results oriented effort will be done by coaching, teaching, training, motivating and communicating to accelerate growth with sustained or increased profits for the client/organization. The focus will be on the strategic and business plan for sales, marketing, production, facilities, systems, equipment and technology to achieve the objective(s). Our key areas of expertise lie in marketing, sales, productivity and human resources in all business sectors by modeling effective best practices for bottom line results.

We will provide free project assessments of time and cost on a daily billing bases or prepare a proposal with a flat fee for project completion with guaranteed results and total satisfaction.

Additionally, we have prepared a number (30) of interactive workshops (to be tailored to your business) for training and enhancing employee performance for all levels of employees. i.e. hourly, entry level, middle and senior managers, and executives of all caliber. These workshops are generally four (4) or eight (8) hours and they are conducted at the workplace or near the work environment. The costs will vary depending on the number of people involved.
