The firm's managing partner, Bruce Bulloch, is a nationally renowned expert in partnership and transactional taxation and is a frequent author and speaker on these issues.

Mr Bulloch is a retired Ernst & Young tax partner with 30 years of experience, managing transactional issues for some of the firm's most noteworthy clients and also responsible for managing the real estate services practice in the Mid-Atlantic, Pacific Northwest and Pacific Southwest regions of the firm.

Mr. Bulloch is a professor at Chapman University School of Law, teaching real estate and tax courses at the Jonhs Hopkins University and the University of Southern California.
